Hi! I'm Payton Barill. I am a certified personal trainer passionate about helping people build strength, move better, and feel their best. As a former cross country runner and lifelong athlete, I bring a well-rounded, athletic approach to training that balances performance with long-term health.

When working with clients, I prioritize their goals, building a program around how they function best and will see results. I am committed to helping everyone build a healthy relationship with fitness, and find enjoyment in moving their bodies.
